Return & Exchange Policy (No Refund)

- All sales are non‑refundable. No cash refund will be given for any reason, including change of mind or size issues.

- You may request an exchange (no refund) within 7 days from the date you receive your order, for normal‑priced items only.

- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging attached.

- Sale, discount, promotion, and coupon purchases are strictly non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable, unless the item is proven defective or wrong.

- For size exchanges, customer pays all shipping fees and a fixed RM20 Return & Exchange fee (Malaysia orders) to cover postage and admin.

- If the new item is higher in price, you must pay the difference; if it is lower, there is no refund of the balance (no cash, no store credit).

Defective/Faulty Items 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please Whatsapp

+6019-6667025 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will work with you to provide a replacement.

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• Our return policy applies only to purchases made on our website. If you purchased an item from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly for their return policy.
